A Great Customer Experience Never Gets Old

Yes, even for millenials, it seems!  We tend to forget that millenials are still individuals, some with an old-fashioned streak.  While they like a well-curated Instagram page, a good Facebook lurk session, and getting newsfeeds on Twitter, many still prefer shopping in-store and feel most comfortable making appointments by phone!  Shocking, right?

Stepping into a brick-and-mortar location and engaging with people and product is very important to how they process information.  These habits are applicable especially when it comes to personal experiences in optical, like choosing new frames and getting their annual eye exam.

The ways in which consumers are now shifting is reminiscent of past experiences in their youth in a very ‘shop local’ / ‘support local’ environment.  Shoppers now are not just looking for product, they’re looking for that entire package of unparalleled customer experience.  The ‘Cheers’ environment where everybody knows your name is back, but this time around, they probably know our Instagram handle and email address, and they may review our business on Google.

In our business we continue to thrive and adapt, melding the old wth the new and sometimes remixing it completely to suit our community.

Visit our business; you will ‘see the difference’. You might even have fun!
